 twMenuGetElem()
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

     twMenuGetElem() gives you the current highlighted element number
     in the choice array passed to twMenuTo(). It is useful only with
     action blocks in a self-contained menu.

       Arguments:

     NONE.

       Return:

     Currently highlighted element in the menu array.

       Example:

     nCurrent := twMenuGetElem()
